Littalics on Wednesday 2

Edition #13 - August 26th, 2020

Happy Wednesday!

Hurray! Littalics on Wednesday celebrates 3 months of publication, which covered the entire summer! I'm so happy to see the growing group of readers, and I'm grateful for your feedback and engagement. I decided to take Littalics on Wednesday a step further, to make it even more awesome for you. Starting this Autumn, I'll dedicate each month's editions to a specific theme, based on our communications off-line and your interest. During each month I'll share my reading and content curation on the monthly subject, I'll offer colleagues an opportunity to express thoughts and ideas, I'll publish new articles, and update the mixture of contents in my lectures and workshops. I'm excited and looking forward to starting this new development and opportunity to grow. I bet you are curious about the first theme, coming up in September. No need to guess. Obviously, I'll start with a topic that we all deal with... Productivity! Stay tuned and please, reply to this e-mail with more suggestions and contributions.

Cheers,
Littal

Thoughts and Articles

This Autumn break is going to be different: no events, no expositions, no public speaking off-line. I intend to spend it at home in Tel Aviv. Fortunately, I live in one of the greatest cities in the world. However, I'll take the time to reflect on the last year's achievements and opportunities to improve. But I can't help it, I must bring these nice memories from last Autumn. Here's a four blog series that covered my experience and impressions in Unleash, Paris 2019. The 1st is focused on the future of work and learning. The 2nd covered new technologies for career paths. The 3rd was about the People Analytics journey. The 4th explored insights about the digital transformation of HR. A year has passed, but these articles are still relevant, even more than I could possibly imagine.

More Learning Opportunities and Recognition

People Analytics, HR-Tech - Training, Public Speaking, Media Coverage, Recognition

Another class of my introductory course, "The People Analytics Journey" ended this week. I believe that the best way to learn derives from relationships, within groups, and between individuals. I was excited to teach this class, which represents almost every role in HR management. The structure of this course will remain the same for the next class too. However, the contents continuously change following what we experience in the industry. That's why I like it so much. I'll also make the adjustments needed for every learning group in the future. For that reason, I believe this course, also in its new format - live and remote, is perfect for company learning programs. I invite you to contact me to explore this opportunity further or schedule a short remote meeting.
